Mersinlik Houses Our first project known as Karpaz Holiday Houses located in Erenköy-Karpaz region. Between 1997 and 2004, the construction was completed and 146 families were hosted. Our houses, which are in walking distance to the sea, have a mountain view as well as fresh air, a unique beauty of the coasts and seas. Buildings that emphasize the architectural style appropriate to the structure of the region and protect the green texture have been constructed. In order to protect the green texture, olives, carpets and saplings were planted in every house.
